ONYX brewing systems are designed to bridge the gap between pro level and affordability with all of our most popular features built in. All models include the grain out manway for easy cleaning and heat exchanger for quick wort chilling. The all welded powder coated frame is easy to clean and extremely portable with 5” casters. Heavy duty 50+ gallon kettles feature internal volume markings and welded handles with silicone covers. Whirlpool system included on boil kettles. All tri-clamp connections allow for seamless compatibility with other brewery components.

Fusion 25 (25 Gal Gas)
Modeled after the popular Fusion 15, and based on a demand for larger kettles, we are excited to launch the all new Fusion 25. This culmination of large 10" burners nested under tri-clad bottom 25 gallon pots creates a winning combination of volume, performance, and value. The 25 gallon pots will brew finished batches ranging from 10-18 gallons. The small frame (70.5" overall length) allows this system to easily transported.
