The Alpha Ruby 4 Vessel (2 BBL)
Our Alpha Ruby series brewing system is now available in a 4 vessel (2 Mash Tun / 2 Boil Kettle) full electric configuration making it a 2 BBL capable brewery. With the addition of a separate HLT or on-demand hot water source this system will brew (2) simultaneous 1 BBL batches. This is one of our most flexible brewing system with a finished batch size range from 15 gallons to 65 gallons. It also affords you the ability to brew (2) separate 1 BBL recipes simultaneously. This system can be used as a stand-alone 1 BBL brewery with the second boil kettle serving as an HLT. It can also be configured as a highly efficient back to back progressive 1 BBL brewing system utilizing the second boil kettle as a wort receiver and one of the mash tuns as an HLT. Both mash tuns are equipment with our exclusive variable power internal RIMS heating system that allows you to quickly heat the strike water directly in the mash tun and offers perfect mash temp control. The boil kettles can be user configured for PID temp control or digital % output control that allows you to dial in your perfect boil.
